Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The request for return must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings and nose pins
Custom-made or personalized jewellery
Items purchased during sale or special offers
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request an exchange for the same item or another product of equal value.
Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.
